FAQ Massage/Energy Work

Mobile Massage means I come to you! I bring my portable massage table and set up in a space you have arranged for our appointment. Having a large enough space, and a clear route to carry my massage table is important. Having a washroom available is also handy for washing up- but not necessary. 

I offer a mixture of styles of massage depending on each person. I offer “Intuitive Touch Healing” massage. 

Only if you want! I often work above clothing and have loads of experience adapting to any comfort levels of my clients!

Absolutely! I work on any child old enough to give verbal consent and follow simple instructions (lay or sit for a certain duration.) Some as young as 4 years old, but usually around age 7 and up is ideal!

Yup and Yup! Kids and pets (wiggly or not) can receive energy work!

I will text to confirm I am on way to your address. If I do not hear back- I will begin travelling. If I do not receive a reply- I will then call or send a 2nd message. If you live within 20km of Chase I will continue to your address. If you are not at the address agreed upon within 15min of the appt start time- Our appt will be cancelled and you will be charged a No-Show fee of 25$. If your location is beyond 20kms and I have not heard a confirmation reply via text, email or phone call - Your appt will be cancelled and I will contact to see if you wish to reschedule. Please note your appt time is your time-slot. If you are late to show, your massage may be shorter to accommodate the time available. 

Due to the nature of my business- I respect my clients homes, family life and time as much as humanly possible- which means I WILL NEVER SHOW UP EARLY! Please allow an extra 15 before and 15min after our planned time-slot. Our scheduled duration will begin after I arrive and set up the table. Just in case you are in the middle of ending a work meeting, getting your kids set up in another room, or simply driving to meet at our destination- I understand! I will plan to arrive exactly at our planned time (I am freakishly good at this!) or usually within 6mins of our planned time. Give me at least 2hr notice before I have to travel to you if you need to cancel please! If I have trouble in the future with late cancellations- I may have to take a deposit for any appts outside of Chase BC area.
